Default Possible future plans for AMD?

Seems that they're good on the GPU front right now relative to Nvidia and will release the sea islands refresh parts by the end of the year, and things are also looking good on the APU front, but where it's messed up is in the CPU division and it seems that a substancial rework for better IPC will take at least 2 years, and they even blame someone specifically for not carrying out the plan given by the original owner of AMD several years ago(jerry sanders), and getting substancial bonuses for himself while the company is losing money( taco bell, cute name...)
