Is there a Catalyst driver that fixes the sky in L.A. Noire?

The sky is supposed to be light blue with white clouds and a bit of an HDR effect to add a slight glow to it. See in this video:

I recently purchased three 7970s and use the latest driver for them off of AMDs site here: http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles...00-series.aspx

The sky in the game is a dull blue with gray clouds and is missing the bloom/HDR effect. What gives? It was working fine with my GTX 580s.

Probably a driver bug, I will check it out with the 79xx cards when I can.

I discovered something. If I load a save game from a location that's outside, the HDR doesn't work. If I go into a building and then come out, HDR starts working on the sky. It's very weird. The GTX 580s didn't do that.

OK I have replicated the issue as when I tested it before I was indoors going outside. I don't have a Nvidia card to see what the behavior is there. I'll see what the driver guys say.

Completely broke in DX11 now. Sun shafts don't even work.
