Default scaling resolutions on LCD

Running with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3670 512MB. There are no options at all that I can see on the control panel to adjust whether or not video is scaled for lower resolutions or if I want the aspect ratio kept. The default behavior seems to be that it scales and keeps the aspect ratio, but I want 4:3 resolutions to be scaled as well to fill my 16:9 screen. What can I do to fix this?

so you want to stretch 4:3 & distort?

do you mean CCC for control panel? CCC has the scaling options

It's missing on my CCC. There's no controls for my LCD panel at all.

you're on the newer CCC right? go to desktops & displays, then at the bottom smaller monitor icon, click the arrow, configure, & that's where scaling is (so not on the bigger screen icon arrow)

change your desktop resolution to something lower than native, then check that area of CCC again
