Default Low graphics index in Windows 7

I went from 8800gts512 to ati 5850. My wei index for graphics were 6.9. Now i have only 6.0 ? Windows 7 pro, payed.
Also, when i start windows experience index, pc freeze under tuning media decoder ?
3D mark 06 is 23.255 points
3D Mak Vantage is 13.559
Games run flawleslly
The video card is not overclocked, and the defaut settings in Ati CCC.
My pc spec is:
I5-750
P55-Ud5
Ati 5850
750W psu.
Everything was fine under nV 8800gts512.
No error under dxdiag.

Does somebody, experienced the sam problem ?
Windows 7 reguraly updated.

It's a bug, I've had it on 5850 and 5870.
