Default LCD user, what's your refresh rate in Windows 7

Dear all, I found many users only got 59Hz refresh rate in Windows 7.

Mine is set at 75 (I have a choice between that and 60).

It's a Windows 7 issue. The monitor is actually set at 60Hz, the CCC shows it at 60Hz.

This is a very old issue that's been run through the mill for many, many months now.
