Default Is there a utility like EVGA precision for ATI cards?

Just came back to Radeon after years of Nvidia usage and would like to have a tool like this.

Also ATi Tray Tools.

If you an all AMD system then look at AMD Overdrive, as well.

I have been messing with my 5850 its a sapphire and MSI afterburner won't let me raise anything beyond what ATI's overdrive will...So makes it kind of useless.
ATI tray tools doesn't even recognize clock speeds, thinks its at 0 no matter what I do, once again kind of useless...
So I'm using AMD GPU clock tool in association with MSI afterburner for the fan speed increases
Works awesome. My card has no problem running at 5870 speeds (which made me very very happy) I'm sure I could go higher but I'm happy with this and haven't tried.
