My whole goal is to put on fat. Weight and fat are synonymous to me since i dont care if im eating fatty foods because i can easily convert them to muscle afterwards.
Basically, with the help of you guys of course, i want to make a list of weight-gaining foods to eat.
So far i got:
Cereal (such as cheerios).
Amino acids (not sure what foods contain those)
Fruits with natural fat (avocados)
The occasional serving of Take-out
