Thanks. Made a profile for that an now it works fine. I am now getting problems with Crysis and Sleeping Dogs giving a black screen on the extended monitor. I have to disable fullscreen and the reenable it in Sleeping dogs for it to properly display on the main screen and have the extended screen show normal. So here goes another new bug.
