These are companies. They are capitalistic organizations that try to make money. Who cares if they copy each other? Nintendo isn't your grandfather or your sister-in-law. Sony wasn't the best man at your wedding or your brother. Where does this loyalty come from? Why does anyone get upset over any of this?
Companies make products and offer services. When they have consistent high quality products/services, I tend to back them up and do business with them. When they start sucking at their products and services, I don't do business with them. If they start taking advantage of their customers, I make an effort to bad mouth them. Pretty simple.
