You also have crazy tri-sli, I can't afford that. But MLAA is practically free and looks as good as 4x MSAA, at least.
afaik theres 3 options for post process aa in bf3, they are MLAA, FXAA and SRAA (low, med, high) and all blur the image. Things up close dont look bad but it strains my eyes in MP pixel hunting med to long range.. it does a good job of removing jaggies though and cleans up the foliage nicely, its a good option to have
