Default ATI's "AVIVO color correction" (AKA "digital vibrance")

Last year, Kombatant posted the following:

I notice the saturation is '100' in the screenshot. Is this, then, the default/'neutral' saturation point? IE., setting the slider to '0' is actually negative saturation, and basically turns the image towards grayscale?

Or, alternatively, is '0' the 'neutral' point and the slider was just moved halfway over for the screenshot? (In which case, no 'negative saturation' option exists?)

(Want to verify this - this is a fairly important point for some older games with smaller color palettes that, by default, appear QUITE oversaturated. This would be a notable 'feature win' for ATI, as nVidia's "digital vibrance" only works in one direction!)
