Just tried it again.
Ati tool beta shows some very strange behaviour, for example, i set 650/780 as speed, run 3DM05, i see it's not performing well so i abort it, then look at Ati tool which reports
380mhz. for the GPU! Memspeed shows ok, it's still 780 as i set it before.
I wonder why it seems to work properly for Macci. I see one difference with my situation, his card reports 625/750 as default in Ati tool, mine 600/700. It looks that he has a different bios which has no 2d/3d speed difference. In the actual retail cards there is.
