music - metal band reccomendations?

I just got back from a big festival called the big day out, which is probably the biggest music festival in australia and new zealand (just check the line up on the website). I saw some awesome bands play for the 12 hours that i was there for, but the one that I reckon put on the best performance was Ady's band, the testeagles. They put on an awesome show and really got the crowd moving more than any of the other bands, and of course the actual music was awesome too. Some of the other local metals bands that I heard there were also pretty good, and it has definitely made an impact on me.
I have always liked a bit of metal, mainly stuff like slipknot and slayer, but after hearing the testeagles live, I have really started to like that type of metal.
I know a few other members on this site are also in metal bands, do you have any samples of your music up that I can get?

Ady, lets hear some testeagles - I demand it.

Sorry no vocals and the MD8 was acting weird so there might be some pops in there too. I am now singing but don't even have a PA. I had to let the original drummer go, and the one from several months ago and the newest one just hurt himself falling down some stairs a few days ago after only jamming with us once. He should be better next week. I lost the singer and the bassist too a year ago but I will persevere. I have however recorded some vocals but I haven't gotten them onto the computer yet. I also had not quite the appropriate mic, a Shure SM57.

Not a very good recording, and the song is somewhat unfinished, which is why theres a few misstakes evey here and there. Sound quality = :bleh:

I always thought the Big Day Out was in Ozzie first, then New Zealand, but it was here a couple of weeks ago now.
