Windows 10 KB4022716 up Network Information pop

Anyone here have this popup after the update? The Internet connection works.
The Network Information popup just hangs. I can't get rid of it. There's no visible windows to kill it. I can't click on it to bring the window forward/Active.

How can I kill this ****? Killing Windows explorer doesn't work.

Do you have mulitiple network connectors? if so you could try disabling the ones you don't use.
Also sometimes bluetooth or firewire...etc can add network connection you will never use.

No I only have my Wi-fi adapter. It doesn't look like I can uninstall the update.
I used the restore point it created from windows update. I don't think it undone the update. Do I need to use an earlier restore point? I didn't think it worked like that before.
