Steam Next Fest events...

that's the first one this year, this has been going on for years by now, like 3 times a year Steam showcases mostly indie-AA games with playable demos...

anyone here follows these events? I do.

I tend to take a look though none of the demos have caught my eye this time around.

I sometimes download demos that look interesting but rarely played them. Mostly I don't really pay much attention.

There's an Outcast: A New Beginning demo out now.

Apparently it suffers from stutter issues familiar from other games, and isn't absolutely awesome. I'm going to fully ignore that, and not touch it until release next month, at which time I'll completely ignore anything I don't like and pretend it's awesome anyway. Twenty five years is a long enough wait for an Outcast sequel.

Yeah i enjoy the next fests, good way to see some cool games you didnt notice.

Perennial Order is a nice demo if you like games like salt and sanctuary/hollow knight.
