I've noticed this sporadically on some sites on Chrome.

Don't think it is R3D related. Might be related to an ad being run perhaps?

Can you do a screen capture when you are experiencing this next Progression? Maybe we can see what's up?

Thanks guys, it has stopped happening for now, I don't know why. If I see it again I'll try to capture it.

This happens when you start scrolling as soon as the page starts to load. Closing and reopening the tab fixes this.

I also had this happen recently - turns out it was my new Corsair Harpoon RGB mouse. Needs to be disconnected and reconnected from time to time. Dumb.

It's ok, I don't use that machine to game at all, just wanted something better than the 10+ year old basic MS optical mouse I had. Have a Razer Lachesis on my gaming rig.
