WHen I use the URL, it says it is an invalid URL
When I try to upload the image through User CP, it says Upload fail.

The image is 80x80 pixels and is 4.35KB in size

Am I doing something wrong?

It's broken, has been broken for quite a while. Only the owner (and perhaps Lupine?) can fix it.

They fixed it for a short time and I was able to get out of my xmas avatar.
