Talk to your doctor about it, since there's bound to be a lot of solutions to reduce/eliminate them.

23, and I still get them. At any given time I have at least two on my face, and at least five between chest, shoulders and back.

Before I was 15 you couldn't tell the difference between me and a tick pizza.

I think it's normal for everyone to get a pimple now and then. I stopped getting any real acne problems in my late teens.

i'm 20 and i still get them. the ones on my face i can easily control with medicated soap, but my back is a nightmare. i can't do anything about it, even acutaine didn't work, and it made me depressed. i never take off my shirt in a public area, so i avoid swimming at all costs.

My real pimples stopped about two years ago, I'm 17 now.

Take your vitamins. :)

I gave up on benzoil peroxide and oxy, just wasn't worth it. Washing the face with normal soap a couple times a day has reduced the quantity from 'tons' to 'a few' for me. I'm 17.

I had them pretty badly in 7th to 9th grade (ages 11-13), but I soon realized that washing my face with soap occasionally and leading a less stressful life has worked wonders in stopping them. I now nolonger get them (except for a negligible amount sometimes).

I had really bad pimples when I was younger. Once I got older and stopped eating a lot of oilly and greasey foods they pretty much went away. A lot of times that's the root cause of pimple problems. Some people just retain the oils more than others. I do have this one pore on my nose that collects oil and puss like it's the thing to do but because it's open it never progresses to a pimple (and once a month I get to squeeze long strings out of it). :)

I do get the ingrown hair pimples from time to time though.

I wish I knew about it when I was 18.

Talk to your doctors about a drug called "Accutate"

It's a rather harsh, 6-9 month long treatment, but it's absolutely amazing.

By harsh, I mean it dries you out. All you do is take 2 pills a day, but you'll get chapped lips, dry skin, dry eyes, etc...

BUT...BUT.....after those 6 months....your pimples will most likely be gone F-O-R-E-V-E-R.

It worked miracles for me.....I took it at age 20 when my face was basically ONE GIANT ZIT.

Then 6 months later, it's down to maybe 1 or 2 a week.

At age 23, still only 1 or 2 a week.

You have to get liver tests, and blood tests to verifiy you'll be okay on it.

.....and it also costs about $5000-$7000 for the uninsured. Free if your insurance covers it.

Q's? let me know

I wish I could take Accutane, but it tends to make people depressed (or so i'm told) and I have a history of depression so they won't let me. It also runs in the family. Stupid genetics. :p

I still get a few, I had a bit more around the time I was 14. I can keep my face pretty much clean if I don't eat too much junk food or drink too much coke, and wash my face with soap when I take my shower.

EDIT- I'm 16

I've started getting them when I was 8. It never got to bad, but it was enough to annoy me.
I'm 23 now, and still have some. But for the last 2 years, it comes by phases: practically nothing for 3 months, and duing 2 weeks they all come out. Weird but I think it's slowly going away.
