Introduction, test setup, requirements

Belgian developer Larian Studios struck out in gaming with 1996's Divine Divinity, a CRPG oozing with flavour and great gameplay. More recently it released some mostly excellent 3D Divinity games before returning to its isometric roots somewhat with Divinity: Original Sin (DOS), which launched this week on Steam Early Access.

Unlike Divine Divinity, DOS features tactical combat, co-op functionality, and mod tools.

If you're curious on how the game is looking, read on for screenshots, video footage, and a few technical details based on the Early Access version of the game.
