Introduction, setup, requirements

Developer Treyarch has returned to Call of Duty with Black Ops 2, now its fourth big game in the shooter franchise, succeeding 2010's Black Ops.

Like with that one, PC features up the wazoo have been promised. As for whether or not Treyarch has delivered, read on for a light technical analysis.
