-11C (12F) here this morning.

Woke up to frozen pipes out in the pumphouse ... normally the heated cord around the pipes is sufficient to ward of freezing, but not this time. Heating the room now, so hopefully we'll have water again soon!

Ouch. Next time it's expected to get that cold, leave some of the faucets slightly open/dripping...

Yeah, my bad. I figured that, between heating a section of the pipes in the pumphouse and lack of insulation under the house (ie it stays somewhat warm under there), we'd be fine, just like last year when we hit these temps. I figured wrong lol. I didn't figure in all the extra plumbing I did out there in the pumphouse this fall, adding filtering & softening. The chem feeder tank is frozen solid, as is the water softener. Oops!

Did any of them crack, or is it too early to tell?

Too early to tell, but I suspect everything is fine out there. I've turned off the power to the pump controller, and opened up some valves. If there is a problem, it'll most likely be in the PVC I used for plumbing in the filtering.

Hopefully warming the pumphouse will resolve everything, because w/ temps unlikely to get above freezing even during the day until at least Thursday, thawing out more frozen pipes will be challenging.
