Battlefield 2 the issue comes back again in these drivers as expected!

Only affects single GPU Nvidia cards on windows 7 , anything above 19x

It's always easy to assume that it is the user at fault , take for example my issue. Trying to flog a dead horse explaining it to people

Maybe you should buy a mythical card known as a 5970. Its about as rare as Nvidia fixing this issue?

I feel bad for ya, but it's not like you're going to get some massive improvements.. You're already running Tri-SLI GTX285's.

Oh I expect massive improvement with an OC of 4GHz on the CPU, until I get my Core I7 or I9 depending on when I buy.

I just want to get away from this Garbage Nvidia trash, the drivers have been getting worse and worse, the last 4 driver releases causes artifacting in Crysis and a weird screw up where the screen sometimes and I say sometimes because its very rare in WoW will pause for a second like a GPU recover and then it will be all garbled, all other games run fine though so meh....

Waiting for someone to mod an INF for these so I can install on my notebook here at work, I'll give them a try on the TRI-SLI when I get home from work and then laugh at Neil when BF2 runs smooth.

Eh..
You really think ATi is going to blow away these issues your having? You're going to have to start renaming exe's, dealing with new releases not working with crossfire at all before the next driver comes out the next month..

I really don't think you're going to be very happy with the driver situation on the ATi side. Grass looks greener, but it usually isn't. in WoW when it does the pause and garbles, try alt-tabbing out to see if you have the yellow (!) on the bottom right and go back in, it should fix it.

I never had any of these issues but then again you're running TRI-SLI and you have to expect some wierd problems since not many people are running that.. thus it's less of a priority.

I feel you though man, I hope those ATi cards work out for ya (once they exist)

new 3d is included, most notably in l4d2 the water reflections now render correctly for me but any objects in front are now(were?) doubled.

AA seems to work in Borderlands. Weird "pink" outline for the gun in the item card. O_o Back to 18x drivers...

Seriously, every thread I see something about you and your nice 5970.

Too bad the only game you get to really see DX11 work is DiRT 2 and like that thread you had to state what card you had and how amazing DX11 was.

Sigh. The result when someone gets something worth bragging about.

To be honest its a conspiracy and I will probably never see the cards... More then likely I see NCIX just refunding me. I'd just take the cash though and buy the Core I7 upgrade anways.

Well on to the drivers, this set is honestly awesome, my graphic corruption issue in Crysis I pointed out earlier is completely gone, now if I can only fix the XFI Titanium issue... That will get fixed when I put my Rampage Extreme in.

WoW shows no more issues with GPU has stopped responding and then garbled graphices.

Fallout 3 and BF2 run perfectly smooth, although I never really had a problem before, I have not tested single card 285's though with this driver.

All in all these drivers are keepers for me, no issues with clock throttling that I have seen. Good work Nvidia. If the planets align I will be on AMD though.

Well the saying goes "If you have it, flaunt it".

I like hearing about all the 5850,70 and 970 owners letting us know how awesome these babies are, it is like light at the end of the Nvidia tunnel .
