upon searching for the full video of this .gif I happened upon the ebaumsworld forum, which as you can imagine, is a bunch of tools saying don't hit a girl. "If you did that to my sister, I'd knock you out" and generally being internet bullies.

I found this analysis spot on

They'll roll up after a few smirnoffs and start smacking away at some dude and no one says anything but the second the guy puts his hands up to defend himself you've got 20 big swinging dicks trying to get at him to score Hero Points. It's bull**** and you're wrong. Here is a fun tip: any woman who is worth anything isn't going to put themselves in a position where they're going to get smacked. Everyone else is fair game.

This isn't a question of the level of response being the same, I thought it was appropriate. If a guy had thrown a drink in another guys face, do you not think a fight would go down? Probably right? Why are some of you guys in here defending the stupid bitch? she had what was coming to her. I personally believe in the whole get punched 3 times first then hit her back rule. But i dont know, this situation is different. She honestly looks like she had all this coming to her and she should have been aware of her consequences, and not just expect all her college buddies to back her up when all of them should have known that she was in the wrong and had it coming to begin with.
