Are you guys serious?? I hated that level, IMO the game goes downhill from there. Real steep.

Things will get crappier from this point on, consider nova prospekt the "end" of Hl2

Huh? There's still "Follow Freeman" and "Anticitizen One" after which are pure awesomeness.

The last two levels are also great ; without spoiling too much, the new... toy makes all the difference. :drool:

Personally, I find the game gets better and better as it progresses.

'Our Benefactors' will be pretty cool, but the ending will take a big dump on your face.

The peak of the game is getting back to the city again. All that section was just pure atmosphere and exhilaration.

For me Nova prospekt was like a detour from the rest of the game and actually my least enjoyable section.

I enjoyed it just because it's the only level where you and your "little friends" can play with the nice men in suits :p :evil:

Bit of a shame that you never get to use your other new toy outside at all :(

the worst level in the game wasn't nova prospekt. it was definitely ravenholm, a level which was completely out of place as far as the game goes.

nova prospekt is about the time i started asking myself why i was doing whatever i was doing in the game. by the time i came to anti-citizen one i was fed up with the lack of story. at the end i felt like banging my head on the monitor, it was THAT bad.

press 'ESC' and click on 'New Game' and just scroll forward until you see where you are up to, and then keep going to see how far to the end. Don't start a new game though.

pick up a sentry gun and run around until alex gets there, the never ending supply of bullets is most refreshing. :)

Ravenholm was very nice, out of place or not.
Water Hazard on the other hand was painfully long and repetitive.

Water Hazard got a lot more interesting when they installed the gun on your boat. Before that, it was just a way to get to the next destination for some on-foot combat.

Makes me wonder how you see everything else in life, because with that statement it's you vs. world on that opinion (at least in percentage wise).

The best level is when you got to shoot the crap out of walkers with rocket launcher, whatever the name of that level was?
